We offer worldwide shipping for all orders from our warehouse in Amsterdam. Please note that due to current regulations, we are unable to ship to Israel, Moldova, Puerto Rico, the Russian Federation, and Ukraine.

When placing an order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct as we are unable to redirect your order after confirmation.

Moreover, kindly note that we are dependent on our shipping partners and cannot be held responsible for potential delays during the shipment or other unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel has shipped.

Shipping is free for all orders above €450. For orders under this amount, costs are as follows:

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

If you are placing an order from outside of Europe, you might be charged for import duties and taxes by your local customs authority. These costs are directly dependent on the value of the ordered goods, the material they are made of and their country of origin. Because these duties vary per country, we advise you to consult your local customs authorities to inform yourself about the possible charges before placing an order with us.

Remark: as Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not active members of the EU, all imported goods must be customs-cleared. In most cases, this means that you are subject to paying duty on your import.

RETURNS

Request your return through our Return Portal.

We offer free returns for all orders purchased at GAUGE81.com (*please see policy for sale items below) within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please ensure the item(s) are returned in their original condition, original packaging and with all tags attached. If an item is damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we will be unable to issue a refund and the item will be sent back to you. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

All returns should be shipped using the pre-paid DHL shipping label received from our Customer Care team once your return has been approved through the Return Portal.

We accept refund on sale items but do not offer the free pre-paid DHL label for these. It is possible however to buy one off these labels off customercare@gauge81.com and the cost will be deducted from your refund. The cost of these will depend on the country of origin.

Alternatively, you can use any carrier to return your item. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item arrives safely back to us in order to issue the refund.

Please note, we are not liable for merchandise returned through an alternative courier service.
